What about me? I will enclose a simple description about me. Here are some of it :-

Nashrul Sabri

Name given Nashrul Sabri, a 24 years old guy who lived in cheerful life. A happy-go-lucky type even when some problems occured, I still can smile(issit?). Am a Java developer who loves open source very much — Java of course. Intend to learn more and be the most influenced person in both information technology and life.

To a school headmaster, Sabri Abidin Sulong who had share his life with a high-school teacher, Roslah Mohd Yusoff for the past 26 years. Both of them are the most important person in my life, of course without them I wouldn’t be here.

As in education, I am not highly educated like most of my friends. After finished primary school, I went to a famous school in Kuala Terengganu, Sheikh Abdul Malek and after that has been transfered to Rantau Abang Islamic School for 2 months before I went back to my hometown and furthering my studies in a normal school, Sultan Ismail School. Attended Penilaian Menengah Rendah(PMR) and Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia(SPM) there. After finishing my high school, I have been offered by Multimedia University to pursue Bachelor of Business Administration. After 3 years of wasting time and flunking, I make a decision to quit from there as my financial wasn’t too good to further the study.

After quitting from Multimedia University, I have been travelled to so many places including Kuala Lumpur and of course the place where I stayed during my studies ; Melaka. After thinking of the future of nowhere, I have decided to go back to my hometown where I belong to. Started working with my father’s friend’s bookstore, where I’ve learned to deal in marketing and sales. After some problems occured there, I quit and worked with a transportation & forwarding company where I handled so many task which I think doesn’t match my work objectives. So, I again decided to quit and maybe it was my luck as I have been offered by Terengganu State Govt. to join their programme for thus who are jobless. Since then, I have started to learn Java technology ; a technology under Sun Microsystems.

After taking the examination, I am now a Sun Microsystems Certified Java Programmer and soon to be a Sun Microsystems Certified Web Component Developer. Am now working on a project named Duke Online Examination(DOE) which our group called eExam System. I will tell the details about it in my proposal section later.

Starting this November, I will start working with eNCoral Digital Solutions Sdn Bhd as a Web Component Developer to build a Student Management Portal based on Jakarta Struts perhaps and using an Oracle database for University Putra Malaysia(UPM) located in Serdang, Selangor.
